Refund Policy

1. Payment and Refund Policy the Course fee is non-refundable once access to the Course materials has been granted, unless otherwise stated. The Company reserves the right to change the Course fee at any time, but any changes will not affect previously purchased courses.

• IN THE CASE OF AN ONLINE COURSE OR COACHING SESSIONS, IF YOU PROVIDE WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION VIA EMAIL, REQUESTING A REFUND, WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS OF REGISTRATION, PROVIDED THAT YOU HAVE NOT ACCESSED ANY PORTION OF AN ONLINE COURSE OTHER THAN UNITS 1 AND 2, OR PARTICIPATED IN ANY COACHING SESSIONS. REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE SENT TO Gross Income AT GrossIncomes@gmail.com

 

If GI terminates a course or other Subscription Product or cancels a coaching program, without cause, prior to the expiry of your subscription, users will be entitled to partial refunds of amounts paid for any portion of the subscription term or unused coaching sessions remaining after termination; provided, however that refunds will be calculated on the basis of full monthly rates, rather than discounted plan rates, being applied to any portion of the subscription or coaching sessions used prior to termination. If GI terminates your right to access or use the Services or Content because of a breach by you of these Terms, GI will not refund any fees or charges paid prior to the effective date of termination.
